Bees - The Sad Truth

I took this photo of a bee hard at work, but the sad fact is that Colony Collapse Disorder is making pictures like this one more and more rare.
There is speculation that the newly enforced minimum wage for worker bees is in part to blame for CCD - with some colonies just not making enough money to pay their workers - however CCD has been around for much longer than these rules.
Being the great guy that I am I've decided to cut a charity Xmas single which aims to raise awareness of CCD, if you like it/bees then feel free to give me some money and I'll distribute it accordingly:

Honey Bee Goode

Deep down Louisiana close to New Orleans,
Way back up in the woods among the evergreens,
There stood a bee hive made of wax and wood,
Where worker bees worked to make the honey so good.
They never ever learned to read or write so well,
But they can produce invertase just like ringing a bell.

They used carry nectar in their honey sack,
Ingesting then digesting then regurgite it back.
Oh the other insects oh how they laughed,
As the workers faned their wings to create a strong air draft.
But the little worker bees knew all too well,
This stopped the honey rotting in the honeycomb cell.

I asked my brothers if they'd like to try some,
But they said no politely cause they be vee-gun,
But Colony Collapse Disorder affects us all,
Even if you don't like eating animal.
Cause bees spread out the pollen and make the world go round,
So let's find the queen bee so that se can be crowned!
