Weaponised Heroin!

Two thoughts occurred to me tonight:

1. The Police, Customs, whatever - they all must confiscate and dispose of large quantities of drugs (heroin, cocaine etc).
2. There is always a need for new, powerful, non-lethal weapons.
   

The collision of these two thought trains leads naturally to Weaponised Heroin! It's simple; you take all the seized drugs and convert them into some form of gas bomb that you can then drop on targets. Brilliant?

So you have a hostage situation and you can't send in the SWAT team for fear of killing the hostages in cross fire - send in some Weaponised Heroin! and bam! all the hostages and hostagers are either unconscious or too high to be any trouble.

Weaponised Heroin! is the future.
