In a little under 12 hours I'll be flying home; to my new home that is. At a little after three in the afternoon I'll shall step off a plane and be in my new home country. The plan - to travel for two months and find a suitable home/job.
I've really enjoyed my time in Sydney, so much so that I'll put it in my top three cities that I've visited (Edinburgh still be #1 over all):
* Vancouver
* Sydney
* Berlin
* Tokyo
I'm looking forward to getting into Auckland but I'm a little bit apprehensive in case I don't like the place; anyway tomorrow I'll find out whether these magic beans I've bought actually work.

I'm sure things will work out fine. Remember the story about the guy who wandered into a village and asked the old man, who was sitting in the town centre,"What are the people like here?" "What were they like where you came from?" he replied. "They were noisy, rough and unfriendly", said the guy. "I expect you will find they are like that here", the old man said
A little while later a second traveller wandered into the town square and, asking the same question was asked the same thing by the old man. "The folk, in my old town were kind, friendly and nice to be with", said the traveller. "I expect you will find that they are like that here", said the old man.
