The Plan

Here's is the cunning plan I formulated. I've marked the sights and things that I want to do so the plan is to try and visit most of these sights as part of my grand tour, Naturally some things will be less doable in the winter (such as the Mount Doom trip) so I'm happy to dingy these and maybe do them as part of a future holiday/long weekender.
I've got 40 odd days of car before I either have to abandon the trip or negotiate an extension of the rental. Currently the trip has me returning to Auckland at the end but that might volleyed and instead I might finish in Christchurch.
